We are Bevian 3DFraming.co.uk established November 1995, we provide an alternative to high street picture framers, by being workshop based, it allows us to be more flexible. You can order complete picture frames or just the component parts that you require e.g. frames, mounts or spacer frames only by selecting just the items you want in the Frame Builder. All of our picture frames are handmade to provide a quality bespoke made to measure picture-framing service. Any of our custom-made picture frames can be for general use or for 3D items when ordered with a spacer frame. We offer a range of frame finishes include oak, teak, pine, gold, silver and coloured, Please Note: the descriptions used are the finish not the base wood. We also offer a range of mount colours to compliment your artwork or home décor. Making a purchase could not be easier, design your frame using the frame builder and add to shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, go to checkout where you will be asked for delivery details. You then make a secure payment through PayPal.
As we are exclusively a mail order company, we are not open to the public.
We have no minimum order.
We do not offer discounts on medal frames or sample packs, on all other products the discount rates are:-
Discounts will automatically be taken off at the check out.
Please note we do not trade outside of the U.K.
As we only stock the raw materials for picture framing and every frame is custom made to your specifications for type, colour and size, our normal dispatch is 3/5 working days from receipt of your order. At busy times it can take up to 10 days, if your order will be more than 10 days, we will email you giving you the option to cancel your order with a full refund.
In addition to the automated email you receive to acknowledge your order, we will email you a schedueld dispatch date, we will also email you to confirm the dispatch of your order.
We dispatch all orders by Royal Mail 1-3 day signed for service. Please Note: - we can not be held responsible for any delay beyond our control in any way after we have dipatched your order, if you require your order for a specific date please order within a good time scale.
You can cancel an order by giving us notice by email, within 7 days of placing the order, starting from the day after you placed the order, providing the order has not been dispatched. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the item/s cancelled, including delivery charges.
Under the terms of the United Kingdoms distance selling regulations, as all picture frames ordered from us are custom made to your specifications for colour and size, you should be aware that, once we begin the manufacturing process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us. Nor can the goods be returned for a refund.
The only goods that can be returned are:-
1. Those that are damaged on arrival in which case we must be informed by email within 48 hours, from the time you received the package.
2. Goods incorrectly supplied by us, or Goods not specified on the order placed by you. If returned because of our error or damaged in transit your return postage costs will be refunded to you, plus we will replace goods with correct items or offer a full refund.
3. Complete sample packs can only be returned for a refund if the discount code has not been used, plus you must pay the cost of return.
4. We will do all we can to help where you may want to return any goods correctly ordered by your self, please contact us to see if we can assist you. If we do accept a return of goods correctly delivered to you, you will be responsible for all carriage costs. For your protection, if you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a signed for delivery/insured service.
In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit you must report it to us with photographic evidence, by email within 48 hours from the time you receive the package. We are unable to accept any claim for damage without photographic evidence, or if we are not informed within 48 hours of you accepting delivery. You must also retain all packaging until any claim is settled. If you suspect the package is damaged you must inform the delivery driver and sign for as damaged.
At the point of payment a contract to buy is then binding.
Bevian 3Dframing.co.uk are committed to protecting your privacy. If you choose to place an order or contact us through the website, we collect the minimum of contact information to process your enquiry.
No sensitive data is permanently stored on any of our computer systems accessible from the web, this ensures that your information cannot be seen by any third party using the web trying to maliciously obtain personal data.
Bevian 3Dframing.co.uk does not sell, rent or trade your details to third parties. The information we receive is solely for the use of Bevian 3Dframing.co.uk to process your order, answer your specific query or to update you with our own product information. Within their office, Bevian 3dFraming.co.uk store all contact information for mailing purposes within the guidelines laid down by the UK Data Protection Act. Should you want us to remove the contact details we have received, we will act on receipt of your written instructions by email.
If you should have any additional issues about your privacy not covered by this statement, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All goods must be paid for at the time of placing your order, no goods will be dispatched before we receive payment. We use PayPal to process all of our payments, they are a well known and trusted brand, payments made through PayPal are 100% secure as they use 128 bit SSL encryption. We do not at any time receive or see your sensitive card details.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
For internet orders we can supply traditional 2mm picture glass or high quality 1.5mm acrylic which is a modern, safe, shatterproof alternative. Even though we pack glass as best we can, we cannot be held responsible for any breakages of glass in transit.
The colours of the mounts shown are reproduced as true as is possible with the use of technology available, but depending on your computer/screen settings the colours may not be 100% accurate. Therefore if you are not sure of a colour and if you have not seen it or do not know it by name, it would be recommended that you order one of our mount board sample packs to see the accurate colour, the cost of which will be refunded to you with your first order.
By using our Frame Builder you can order just the component parts that you require, you have a choice of picture frames, mounts, spacer frames, glass or acrylic, framing instructions. No matter which single component part you order an MDF backboard is always included. With each frame ordered we include hanging fixings and gummed paper sealing tape.
By using our Medal Framer you have a choice of picture frames to fit one of our standard mount designs for military or sports medals, our medal picture frames include the frame, mount, spacer frame, glass or acrylic, medal fixings, hanging fixings and gummed paper sealing tape, framing instructions, plus an engraved or printed plaque if ordered.
Post and packing will be added at the checkout, you can check the cost above.
We only use Slater-Harrison Colourmount conservation white core 300 series mount boards, which when cut with a bevel the core is white and stays white without discolouring with age, it is 100% conservation quality which can be used alongside virtually any art work, giving you the confidence that the finished item is protected against acidic contamination and providing a professional finish.

We are unable to accept verbal orders over the phone. You will need to email us, as we need written confirmation of your requirements to prevent any misunderstanding. We do not accept payment on the telephone but we do have an online invoice system.
We currently only deliver to customers with delivery addresses in England, Wales, Scotland including the Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, and the Isle of Man.
If you have something unusual to frame please contact us with your request, please include as much information as possible, e.g. type of material, size h x w x d in mm, weight, a photograph if possible.
