How To Measure a 3D Decoupage Picture
How to measure for a 3D Decoupage picture frame
1. Measure the image size of your print from top to bottom deduct 6mm this gives you the height of the aperture (A).
2. Measure the image size from left to right deduct 6mm to give you the width of the aperture (B).
3. In stage 1 of the frame builder enter measurements (A) as picture height and (B) as picture width.
4. In stage 3 of the frame builder, choose a front mount by entering mount border sizes required and select colour required.
5. Then choose a back mount by specifying amount of colour C to be shown. The aperture size will automatically remain at the correct size for your print as measured in 1 above.
We can cut mounts with rectangular, round or oval apertures, plus mounts with offset corners which are only really suitable on larger pictures. We can also supply mounts without an aperture cut into it, for use when you are taking a piece of work of its own background.
