Introduction to Decoupage Framing

Bevian Crafts is a framing business established in 1995, through the manufacture and sale of 3D pictures at events nationwide, plus the teaching of decoupage at local colleges. We now have an in-depth knowledge of framing 3D Decoupage and now specialize in the manufacture of 3D frames.

On this site you will find a selection of moulding samples and mount colours, these from our experience show to be the most popular and most suited for use in 3D Decoupage.

We now include a small range of mouldings with a deep rebate which are especially suited to 3D framing, by following our instruction for finishing and taping the back of your frames correctly you may not always need deep rebates.

For 3D Decoupage frames we sell each component as a separate item, e.g. frame, spacer frame, glass or acrylic, mount/s, backboard, this enables you to order a full frame or just the component part/s that you need. When you order a complete frame we will include sealing tape, string & eyes free of charge. Due to manufacturing processes frame and mount colours can have slight variation to them therefore if frames are to be hung as sets it is wise to order them all at one time.

Spacer Frame

The spacer frame is a unique simple method of increasing the depth of a picture frame. The spacer frame will accommodate your 3D decoupage picture and other deep objects, simply, quickly and at a fraction of the cost of traditional deep rebate frames.

Glass/Plastic Glass

We can supply 1.5mm plastic glass for mail order, but it can degrade after a long period of time especially if hung near a heat source. We can also supply conventional 2mm picture glass, even though we pack glass as best we can, we cannot be held responsible for any breakages in transit, or for any damage caused by broken glass to other goods in the same package.
